All estimates are based upon visible conditions at the time of inspection. Additional services may be recommended if hidden conditions are discovered during the course of work.
2. Estimates
Unless otherwise stated, estimates are valid for thirty (30) days.
Pricing may change if:
The project scope changes
Measurements are inaccurate
Existing conditions differ from those observed during the estimate
Additional work is requested
3. Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled based upon availability.
Weather, equipment failures, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling.
If rescheduling becomes necessary, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Invoices not paid when due may be subject to late fees or collection costs as permitted by law.
5. Customer Responsibilities

Notify us of known property defects or existing damage before work begins.
Ensure water and electrical access when required.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We take pride in providing quality workmanship.
If you believe a service was not completed properly, please notify us within seven (7) days so we may inspect the work and, when appropriate, correct workmanship-related issues.
This guarantee does not cover:
Pre-existing damage
Manufacturer defects
Structural failures
Weather-related damage
Normal wear and tear
Conditions outside our control
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bennett Capital Investments LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
